On February 14, 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine expanded the list of military goods that individuals and legal entities can import without the permission of the State Export Control Service.

“The list includes a large number of military and dual-use items that our defenders now need, including unmanned aerial vehicles and their parts.  This is another impetus for the development of the Army of Drones project.  After all, the fewer bureaucratic procedures, the faster the delivery of drones to Ukraine, the more drones for our defenders on the front line, ”- Head of the State Special Communications Service Yuriy Shchigol.

Also, thanks to these changes, the procedure for introducing robots and devices for their control, fire control equipment, cameras and devices for night and television vision, optical sights, communications equipment, silencers, parachutes and paragliders, devices for demining and TD has been simplified.

Relatively recently, on May 29, the Verkhovna Rada adopted bills No. 9275 and 9276, which exempt from paying entry tax and VAT on components for drones.  Ukraine continues to support the production of drones, as they technologically strengthen our military forces at the front and provide an opportunity to gain superiority over the enemy.  The Verkhovna Rada only contributed to an increase in the production and repair of military equipment.  From now on, importers can forget about paying import duties and VAT on UAV components - materials, components.

This creates the best conditions for the victory of our country.
