With the beginning of active hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, the number of prisoners of war increased. This applies to those parts of our country where the aggressor country believes that these areas should rightfully belong to the enemy government. In this case, there are some procedures for processing and issuing certificates on the stay of persons in places of captivity as a result of armed aggression.
