On June 28, employees of the Department of Migration Control, Combating Illegal Migration in the Dnipropetrovsk region, together with the migration police, detained a Nigerian citizen who illegally resided in Dnipro.
In addition to the fact that he violated immigration laws, he was also seen in petty hooliganism and other administrative offenses. He was placed in a temporary residence for foreigners.
In 2022, regarding the mentioned citizen of Nigeria, the employees of the Migration Service drew up an administrative report on violations of the rules of stay on the territory of Ukraine. At that time, the offender was brought to administrative responsibility as a person who did not do everything possible for timely registration, and also made decisions about his return to his country of origin or a third country. But he evaded fulfilling the requirements and for some time hid from representatives of the Migration Service.
A decision was made to deport him from Ukraine, which will be implemented in the near future.
