From January 28, new forms of applications for obtaining, amending and extending the period of permission to use the labor of foreigners began to operate.
The Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved:
– technical description of the form permit for the use of labor of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine
— a sample form of permission to use the labor of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine
— an application form for the employer to obtain permission to use the work of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine
— an application form for the extension of the permit to use the work of a foreigner and a stateless person in Ukraine.
Install:
1. During martial law, Action.City residents can receive works or services that are performed (given) by gig specialists from among foreigners and stateless persons with gig contracts, without obtaining permission to use the work of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine ;
2. Forms of permission to use the work of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine, issued before the entry into force of this resolution, are valid for the period for which they are issued.
3. Not used by interregional and regional employment centers of the State Employment Service, forms of permission to use the labor of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine, the seal of which was carried out before the entry into force of this resolution, are valid.
